Quality Managers (Ref : F1038/1)
HKSQ
         

Your key role is to establish and lead effective quality improvement programs, including formulation of quality strategy, implementation of quality system and facilitation of service improvement projects.  Directing and monitoring the total effort to excel in product / services and management of quality performance are your mandate.

Successful applicant :

  • University graduate and a member of a quality related organization, e.g. HKSQ & IQA
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with expertise in setting up implementation and maintenance of a quality management system. Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Consultant" positions.
  • Experience in operations management in service industry definitely an asset
  • Strong team orientation with demonstrated ability to influence and drive issue resolution across functional groups
  • Top notch project management and communication skills

Quality Training Manager (Ref : F1038/2)
HKSQ
         

As a key player in the Quality Team, your primary role is to identify training needs, formulate training strategy and translate quality systems into training materials/kits for all levels of staff. You will also lead the development and rolling-out of various quality improvement training programs with an aim to drive the business growth.

Successful applicant :

  • University graduate and a member of a quality related organization, e.g. HKSQ & IQA
  • 8-10 years' relevant experience with strong knowledge of service quality.
  • Proven track records in overseeing company-wide quality management training
  • Extensive experience in relationship management plus hands on experience in training senior executives.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
